Subject: Winter vacations in Kashmir Division.

Consequent upon the approval conveyed by the Administrative Department, it is hereby ordered that all Government Schools and recognized Private Schools upto Higher Secondary Level of Kashmir Division shall observe winter vacation as per the following Schedule:

Upto 8th Standard -28th November, 2023 To 29th February, 2024

Om to 12th Standard -11th December, 2023 To 29th February,2024

It is further ordered that:

a. The teaching staff shall report back to their respective schools on 21 February, 2024, so that they remain available for making arrangements regarding preparation of ensuing examinations.

b. All teachers shall remain available on demand for any online guidance of students during vacation period. Any default on part of the Head of the Schools/Teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract strict action under rules.
