Applications through online mode on prescribed format are invited from domiciles of J&K possessing the prescribed academic/ professional qualifications and age for the posts of Special Educators purely on contractual basis on consolidated salary in Samagra Shiksha, J&K- PM Shri scheme as per the following positions: -
Age Limit: The requirement of age for applying against these positions, as on 01-01-2023 shall be as under:
Maximum Age Limit in Years (40)
Not Born Before 01.01.1983
Not Born after 01.01.2005
Name of the : Special Education Teacher
No. Of Posts : 69 (Kashmir 34 & Jammu 35)
Prescribed Qualification : a. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks.
b.Bed.spl ED or Its equivalent from an RCI recognised Institute.
Pay per Monthpost ( Consolidated) : 25000
Domicile:
The candidate should be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as on the last date prescribed for submission of online application form.
Documents to be uploaded:
1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
2. Affidavit duly sworn in and attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate as per enclosed prescribed format.
3. Bachelor's Degree certificate along with consolidated Marks Cards.
4. B.Ed. Spl.Ed. or its equivalent from an RCI recognized institute.
5. M.Ed. Spl.Ed. or its equivalent from an RCI recognized institute.
6. PG Degree along with consolidated Marks Cards.
7. Ph. D Degree, if applicable.
8. Any other relevant qualification document.
How to apply:
1. The candidates are required to apply online through the website of Directorate of sarnagra shiksha (www.samagrashiksha;k.nic.in) from 20.12.2023 noon till 05.01.2024. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted.
2. The candidate shall also be required to upload the image of recent passport size colored photograph.
3. No application shall be entertained after the expiry of last date.
4. Applications should be supported by the self-attested certificates/ testimonials.
5. In the event of any information given by candidate found false, incomplete, incorrect, forged, tampered, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled without any notice' thereof.
Date of commencement for submission of online application = 20.12.2023
Last date for submission of online application = 05.01.2024
Terms & Conditions for engagement:
1) The engagement shall be purely on Term Contract Basis for one year only. Contract shall be
liable to be terminated without any notice in case of performance below acceptable standard.
2) The candidate shall fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned for the post.
3) The candidate should be domicile of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
4) The minimum age shall be 18 years and maximum 40 years on 01.01.2023
5) The selected candidate shall have to file an undertaking on judicial stamp paper ( duly attested by Magistrate 1st Class) to the effect that they will not claim any entitlement for absorption in Govt. service or in the Society at any stage of their engagement with the society or thereafter at the closure of the project or earlier, and that he/ she is ready to serve in any part of the UT of J&K or such place where activities of society for CWSN is to be conducted.
6) The applications should be accompanied by qualification certificates including marks sheet,
Domicile Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, and other related documents duly self-attested.
7) The final selection of the candidates shall be as per the defined selection criteria and no interview shall be conducted for it and the selection of the candidate shall be made separately for both the divisions, however, in case no suitable candidate is found from one division then candidate from the other division shall be considered for the selection and posting in other division.
8) The merit list of the applicant shall be declared after the completion of the applications. The engagement of the selected candidates shall be made only after proper verification of the original documents of the applicant. In case any disparity is found in the merit mentioned in the online application form and that in the original documents, the candidature of such candidate will be rejected and shall also be blacklisted for any further engagement in the Samagra Shiksha.
9) The post is transferable and the candidates selected for the post could be adjusted in any
school in the division/UT irrespective of his/ her place of residence.
10) Extension in engagement, if any, shall be decided by Performance Evaluation Committee formulated by the Project Director, Samagra Shiksha as per requirement and approval of PAB.
